And providing "evidence" is worthless since:
1) if the person doesn't want to admit they did it, it won't change a thing.
2)gives botters & gold sellers cues as to how they pick them out.

I disagree, this is exactly the perfect time. Nobody HERE can do anything about this. Nobody HERE cares. They have their evidence; they don't need to prove anything to you. Hell they could ban you for no reason at all and you couldn't do shit.

Not only would this show everyone that they will be caught if they violate the agreement, but that you guys are not doing it just because someone looks suspicius.

I though the same at first but now I think this would be a bad idea. If the person was botting or selling then anet tell him how he got busted, next time when he makes his new acount he'll know what not to do. The chinease godl farmers will learn from their mistakes and OUT SMART GW, which is what we don't, but what I do want is a hot girl friend so then i can start wanting her to sit on me.

I've seen some people get banned, but they managed to prove they weren't a gold seller and got their account back. I have no idea how.
The game should have a list at startup of all the things you shouldn't do to be mistaken for a bot.
If you are in a zone full of bots don't stick around, don't use signposts and mouse clicks to move around and don't give or sell items you made from farming in that zone. That's all I can think of.
Doesn't help the OP though.
